After receiving 3 years Diploma from IHMCT&AN, Bhubaneswar, in 1993, joined CIDADE DE GOA, Goa, as an F&B (service) Captain through the campus interview.Taking a resort experience of about two and half years, he switches on to the mega city Mumbai, one of the gateways to overseas and joins THE AMBASSADORS, Churchgate as a F&B Captain for the fine dining – The “ society" and Banquets for nearly an year.

Towards the end of 1995, he gets the opportunity to reach the Gulf and start a fresh career in Boulangerie & Patisserie solely assisting the corporate Chef Patrice (French) and thereafter Chef Noel (French).It was necessary and urgent to return back to motherland and in 2001 resigns from TRIPOLI SWEETS as the Chief Baker and Pastry man of Riyadh unit.

Towards the end of 2001, gets the opportunity to be in TAJ, Kolkatta, Bakery & Confectionery assisting the production for 'LA PATISSERIE', THE CHAMBERS , Banquets and The Coffee Shop.To upgrade and enhance his experience he moves on to Army catering in 2004 and works for KBR- Kellogs Brown and Roots (Iraq), which in turn serves the US Defence Personnel worldwide.

Having rolled 12 years in the Industry, he takes up 'Academics' then and joins BCIHCMT, New Delhi in 2005 and is presently a Senior Lecturer involved in teaching Bakery and Confectionery, Food Production and other allied subjects. Apart from teaching, he remains the Event Coordinator for Hospitality Ensemble 2008 and 2009.When situations permit, he holds and conducts workshop for other employees of other organization and actively engaged in the area of F&B production, in the event, if any, organized by the Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society . 2007 onwards, he has been granted the lifetime member for the 'Society of Indian Bakers' and in 2010 life time member of Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), Delhi.
