Mr. Tom Thomas is Graduate in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from IHM Pusa, New Delhi; and has completed Masters in Tourism Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.

He is having 6 years of experience including 3 years of teaching as Food Production Instructor with American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). Prior to teaching he was working with TAJ SATS Air Catering Limited as Chef De Partie. He has also participated and presented research paper in various conference and seminars relating to hospitality and tourism. He is active member of Indian Culinary Forum (ICF).
